Shipping policy

Every TekStand is assembled and inspected by hand before it ships. Your order moves through two stages:

1. Handling (assembly): 5-7 business days

Your stand is built, checked, and packed. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it ships.

2. Transit: 3-5 business days

Standard ground shipping is FREE on every order within the United States.

Expedited shipping

Need it for this weekend's game? 2nd Day and Next Day shipping are offered at checkout. Expedited orders move to the front of the assembly line and ship within 1 business day. Expedited rates are calculated at checkout and include a $30 priority handling fee.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed to these destinations will be cancelled and refunded.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in 3 business days, contact us and we'll chase it down.

Damaged in transit

If your stand arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and the damage, and we'll make it right.
